To use WhatsDiscuss services, you must:

By using our services, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If you are using WhatsDiscuss on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
User Account and Security:
To use certain features of WhatsDiscuss, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account:

- • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
- • You agree to notify WhatsDiscuss immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if we suspect that you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful activities.
User Responsibilities:
You, as a user of WhatsDiscuss, agree to:

If you subscribe to any paid features of WhatsDiscuss, you agree to:

- • Allow WhatsDiscuss to charge your payment method for the services provided.
All fees paid to WhatsDiscuss are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription fees, one-time payments, and any other charges related to the use of our services. We do not offer refunds or credits for any partially used or unused subscription periods, unless explicitly required by applicable law.
You may choose to cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remainder of your billing period. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of your current subscription period.
Intellectual Property:
All content available through WhatsDiscuss, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and trademarks, is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. This content belongs exclusively to WhatsDiscuss or its licensors. You agree not to copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of our services without express written consent from WhatsDiscuss.
You retain ownership of any content that you upload or transmit via our services. However, by using the services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, display, and distribute such content as needed to provide the services.

Disclaimers:

We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhatsDiscuss and its affiliates shall not be held liable for:
- • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services.
- • Any errors, bugs, or interruptions in our services.
- • Loss of data or damage to systems as a result of your use of our services.
