Terms and Conditions for Patients

Welcome to SmartCarePlus! These terms and conditions govern your use of our services. By accessing or using SmartCarePlus, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Free Credit Offer

• Upon registration, every user will receive ₹60 in their SmartCarePlus wallet as a complimentary credit.
• This credit allows you to book up to three (3) appointments, with each appointment charged at ₹20, enabling you to experience our services.
• The free credit is non-transferable.

2. Appointment Charges and Refund Policy

• Each appointment is charged at ₹20, which will be directly deducted from your wallet balance.
• If you cancel an appointment, ₹10 will be refunded to your wallet, while the remaining ₹10 will be deducted as a service fee.
• Missed appointments, i.e., appointments not attended at the scheduled time, will not be eligible for any refund.
• Refunds for canceled appointments will only be credited to your SmartCarePlus wallet and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

3. Missed Appointment Policy

• If you miss three (3) consecutive appointments, your registered WhatsApp number will be temporarily blocked.
• Reactivation of the blocked WhatsApp number requires contacting our support team via WhatsApp or email. Reactivation is subject to review.
• The Missed Appointment Policy applies to all users, including those on free credit or monthly subscription plans.

4. Services Included in the ₹20 Appointment Fee

The ₹20 appointment fee covers the following services:

• Appointment Reminders: Timely reminders to help you manage your schedule effectively.
• Medicine Dosage Reminders: Personalized reminders for up to three (3) days to ensure proper adherence to prescribed medications.
• Preferred Time Slot Booking: Convenient appointment booking from the comfort of your home.

To extend the reminders for additional days, a fee of ₹20 will apply.

5. Monthly Subscription Plan

Users can opt for a monthly subscription plan at ₹149, which includes:

• Unlimited Appointments: Schedule and attend as many appointments as you need during the 30-day subscription period without additional charges.
• Comprehensive Reminders: Receive appointment reminders and medicine dosage reminders for the entire duration of the subscription period.
• Convenience Features: Continued access to preferred time slot booking and home-based scheduling.

The Missed Appointment Policy applies to users under the monthly subscription plan. Consistently missing three appointments will result in temporary blocking, even for subscribed users. Reactivation will require contacting support.

6. Wallet Usage

• Wallet credits can only be used for services provided by SmartCarePlus. These credits are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account.

7. User Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the user to:

• Ensure that their WhatsApp number is active and accessible for communication and reminders.
• Inform SmartCarePlus promptly in case of any issues with booking, reminders, or other services.
• Adhere to appointment schedules to avoid penalties under the Missed Appointment Policy.

8. Service Modifications and Updates

• SmartCarePlus reserves the right to modify its services, terms, pricing, or features at any time.
• Significant changes will be communicated in advance through official communication channels such as WhatsApp or email.
