India’s healthcare sector is rapidly moving towards digital transformation, yet patients continue to face some very basic challenges. Smart Code Junction Infinity Private Limited was founded to solve these issues. Our mission is to create a digital platform that keeps the patient at the center — whether it’s about managing health records, booking appointments, or ensuring proper medicine intake.
The Problems We Identified
1. DICOM Files on CDs – Even today, patients in India receive their CT Scan or MRI DICOM files on CDs. This method is outdated, inconvenient, and unsafe. Sharing or accessing these records becomes a major hassle.
2. Appointment Queues – Patients often spend hours waiting in long queues at clinics or hospitals just to book or confirm a doctor’s appointment.
Both these issues waste patients’ time and energy, directly affecting the quality of healthcare delivery.
Our Solution
We have built a solution using Google Cloud with the FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) Standard. While most platforms in India support only 3–4 FHIR resources, we have integrated 35+ resources. This ensures that health records are more comprehensive, digital, and securely shareable.
For appointment booking, we developed a WhatsApp-based system. Instead of standing in queues, patients can now directly choose from available time slots shared by the doctor on WhatsApp. They can simply book the slot and visit the clinic at the right time.
What Makes Us Unique

Medicine Dose Reminders – Patients receive reminders on WhatsApp with actual medicine images.
WhatsApp Business API Call System (Coming Soon) – If a patient doesn’t see a reminder notification within 15 minutes, they will receive an automatic WhatsApp call.
This approach makes healthcare patient-centric, convenient, and tech-driven.

We are a small but diverse team of four members:
One handling coding and product development

One leading marketing and communication
One overseeing finance and operations
Together, this mix of skills helps us stay strong both technically and operationally.
Funding
So far, our growth has been self-funded through a bank loan. We believe that being self-reliant in the early stages makes our foundation stronger.
