Disconnecting Catalogue from WABA

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to disconnect your catalogue from your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA).

To disconnect a catalog from WhatsApp Business Account, follow these steps:

  1. Open Catalogue Screen

    You can access the Catalogue screen by either of the following methods:

    • Dashboard:
      Click on the Icon Navigation Card featuring the store icon on your dashboard.
    • Drawer Menu:
      Navigate through the drawer menu by selecting Business and then Catalog.

  2. Disconnect Catalog:

    • On the Catalogue screen, locate the Disconnect Catalog button at the bottom of the screen.
    • Click on this button to disconnect catalog.
