This guide will tell you how to recover password of WhatsDiscuss account. Follow these simple steps to reset your account password:
- Open the App:
Launch the WhatsDiscuss app on your Android device. If it’s not installed, click here to download the app. - Access the Login Screen:
On the login screen, tap on the "Forgot Password" text located below the Password field. This will redirect you to the password reset screen. - Enter Your WhatsApp Number:
Input your WhatsApp number. Remember, this should be your personal WhatsApp Messenger or WhatsApp Business number, not your WhatsApp Business Account number. - Send OTP:
Tap on the "Send OTP" button to receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your WhatsApp number. Please allow up to a minute for the OTP to arrive. - Verify OTP:
Enter the OTP received on your WhatsApp number. If you do not receive the OTP, you can tap on the "Resend Code" button. - Change Your Password:
If the OTP is correct, you will have the option to change your password. Enter a new password for your WhatsDiscuss account. - Confirm the Change:
Tap on the "Change Password" button to save your new password.
