Enable/Disable WhatsApp Profile

To enable or disable a WhatsApp Profile, follow these steps:
- Open WhatsApp Profiles Screen:
To enable/disable a WhatsApp profile, access the WhatsApp profiles screen by following these steps:- Click on the Icon Navigation Card with the Phone icon on your dashboard.
- Alternatively, navigate through the drawer menu by selecting WhatsApp Business Account and then WhatsApp Profiles.
- Select the WhatsApp Profile:
Hold the WhatsApp Profile you wish to enable or disable. - Enable/Disable the Profile:
In the opened screen from bottom, swipe the switch in tile labeled "Enabled ?" to either enable or disable the WhatsApp Profile.
Note:
You can enable or disable WhatsApp profiles within 14 days of the last verification. After 14 days, you must reverify the phone number to enable or disable the profile. Follow this guide for detailed re-verification instructions.
