WhatsApp Profile Insights
Learn how to view messaging limits, remaining free service conversations and conversation charges of WhatsApp profile.
To effectively monitor and view your messaging activities on WhatsApp, follow these steps to access your profile insights.
- Open WhatsApp Profiles Screen:
To begin accessing your WhatsApp profile insights, navigate to the WhatsApp Profiles screen by following these steps:- Click on the Icon Navigation Card featuring the Phone icon on your dashboard.
- Alternatively, you can navigate through the drawer menu by selecting WhatsApp Business Account and then WhatsApp Profiles.
- Select the WhatsApp Profile:
Locate the WhatsApp profile for which you wish to view insights:- Hold the WhatsApp Profile you want to analyze.
- In the opened card, click on the tile labeled Insights.
- View Insights Details:
On the Insights screen, you will find key information regarding:- Messaging Limits:
Overview of the total number of messages you can send within a specific time period. - Remaining Free Service Conversations:
Count of the remaining free conversations available in the current billing cycle. - Conversation Insights:
Details about any charges incurred for conversations beyond the free limits during the selected time period, including how free conversations are reflected in conversation charges.
- Messaging Limits:
With these insights, you can effectively monitor and manage your messaging activities on WhatsApp, ensuring optimal use of your account.
