Delete WhatsApp Profile

If you need to delete a WhatsApp profile, follow these steps to ensure the process is completed smoothly:

1. Open WhatsApp Profiles Screen:
   To delete your WhatsApp profile, navigate to the WhatsApp Profiles screen by following these steps:
   • Click on the Icon Navigation Card featuring the Phone icon on your dashboard.
   • Alternatively, navigate through the drawer menu by selecting WhatsApp Business Account and then WhatsApp Profiles.
2. Select the WhatsApp Profile:
   • Hold the WhatsApp Profile you wish to delete.
   • In the opened card, click on the tile labeled Delete.
3. Confirm Deletion:
   • A dialog box will appear; click on Delete to confirm the deletion.
   • After confirming, you will be redirected to the WhatsApp Manager Phone Numbers Page if you are already logged in.
4. Complete the Deletion Process:
   • On the WhatsApp Manager Phone Numbers Page, find the phone number you would like to delete.
   • Click the delete icon on the right side, then confirm the deletion.
   • Enter your Facebook account password to finalize the process.

Limitations

• Only an admin for the business portfolio can delete its business phone numbers.
• A number cannot be deleted if it has been used to send paid messages within the last 30 days.
• If the number has been used to send paid messages within the last 30 days, you will be redirected to the Insights page, showing the date of the last paid message. You can delete the number 30 days from this date.

Once you complete these steps, your WhatsApp profile will be deleted within some time. Ensure that you are certain about this action, as it cannot be undone.
