Delete Message Template

1. Open Message Templates Screen:
   To begin the process of deleting a message template, access the Message Templates screen by following these steps:
   • Click on the Icon Navigation Card featuring the verified icon on your dashboard.
   • Alternatively, navigate through the drawer menu by selecting WhatsApp Business Account and then Message Templates.
2. Click on Delete:
   Locate the message template you would like to delete. In the top right corner, click on the delete icon.
3. Confirm Deletion:
   A confirmation prompt will appear. Once you confirm your action, your message template will be deleted.

Note: Message templates that have already been sent will not be removed from your message history.
