Enabling WhatsApp Profile Encryption

Encryption on your WhatsApp profile is essential for ensuring that WhatsApp flows can open securely on the user's device. Follow these simple steps to set encryption on your WhatsApp Profile:
- Open WhatsApp Profiles Screen:
To encrypt a WhatsApp profile, access the WhatsApp profiles screen by following these steps:- Click on the Icon Navigation Card featuring the Phone icon on your dashboard.
- Alternatively, navigate through the drawer menu by selecting WhatsApp Business Account and then WhatsApp Profiles.
- Select the WhatsApp Profile:
- Hold the WhatsApp Profile you wish to configure.
- In the opened screen from bottom, click on the tile labeled Encryption.
- Set Encryption:
- If encryption is not already enabled, click on Set Encryption located at the bottom of the screen.
- If encryption is already enabled, there is nothing more you need to do; WhatsDiscuss will handle it automatically.
By enabling encryption, you ensure that your communication flows remain secure and private, allowing for seamless interactions with your customers.
