- Open Message Templates Screen:
To begin editing your message templates, access the Message Templates screen by following these steps:- Click on the Icon Navigation Card featuring the verified icon on your dashboard.
- Alternatively, navigate through the drawer menu by selecting WhatsApp Business Account and then Message Templates.
- Click on Edit:
Locate the message template you wish to edit. In the top right corner, click on the edit icon. - Modify Components of Message Template:
