Edit Client

Easily update your clients' details, including their name, groups, and notes. Follow these steps to access the edit feature and make changes to keep your client information up-to-date.


  1. Open Clients Screen:
    To edit a client, follow these steps to access the Clients screen:
    • Click on the Record Navigation Card featuring clients on your dashboard.
    • Alternatively, you can navigate through the drawer menu by selecting Communication and then Clients.
  2. Click on Settings Icon:
    • Find the client you would like to edit.
    • Click on the settings icon located on the right side of the client, or hold down the client to reveal more options.
  3. Click on Edit:
    • In the card that opens from the bottom, click on the tile labeled Edit.
  4. Update Client Details:
    • On the Edit Client screen, you can update the client's name, groups, and notes.
    • After making the necessary changes, click the "Update Client" button.

The client's details will be updated in the system immediately.
