Add Client

Learn how to add a client easily using WhatsDiscuss. This guide covers essential steps to ensure a smooth setup.


  1. Open Clients Screen: To create a new client, follow these steps to access the Clients screen:
    • Click on the Record Navigation Card featuring clients on your dashboard.
    • Alternatively, navigate through the drawer menu by selecting Communication and then Clients.
  2. Click on Add Button:
    • In the Clients screen, click the Add button located at the bottom right corner.
    • You will have two options:
      • Click on the Add button again to manually enter a new client.
      • Or click on the Import button, which becomes visible above the Add button, to bulk import clients. Learn more about importing clients here.
  3. Enter Client WhatsApp Number:
    • On the Add Client Screen, input the client’s WhatsApp number to start creating their profile.
  4. Choose WhatsApp Profile:
    • Select the relevant WhatsApp Profile that will be linked to this client for communication.
  5. Enter Client Name (Optional):
    • You can also add the client’s name to personalize interactions (optional).
  6. Select Groups (Optional):
    • Assign the client to specific groups if needed. This is helpful for organizing clients based on categories like interests or purchase history (optional).
  7. Enter Notes (Optional):
    • Add any additional notes about the client, such as preferences, order history, or specific requirements (optional).
  8. Click on "Add Client":
    • Once all the details are entered, click the Add Client button at the bottom of the screen to save the client's information.

After following these steps, your new client will be saved in the WhatsDiscuss system, ready for targeted messaging and engagement.
